A note about Bonjour from Gayle Brier
Bonjour opened in 1998 on a whim. A shop became available that had always intrigued me because of its location and purple farm house building. Promising my husband, partner and baker, Gerard Billebault, that I would only open for the holidays, he grudgingly said oui! Now, fifteen years later, Bonjour has established a tradition for providing fine breads, pastries, desserts and gifts. In the process we have made friends, established long term relationships with the Mt. Washington community, and become part of the fabric of our neighborhood.
